SAVE THE FLAMINGO
 
The flamingos of Caribbean live in tropical areas of the Yucatan peninsula.
The flamingos have long neck and legs and short tail. Their plumage is pink and red.
The flamingo measureds 1.20m or 1.40m high and weights 2.8kg. They eat seaweed, insects and shrimps.

The flamingos need conditions appropriate to survive.
But now the flamingo is in danger. Their habitat is deteriorating and the flamingo numbers are decreasing dramatically.
Conservation measures
*we need to protect essential of flamingo habitats.
